Introducing the Chin Tuck Reach: Stand tall, tuck your chin in, and reach down as far as you can. As you return to standing, move slowly and carefully, keeping your chin tucked until you get all the way back up.

Try the Knee-to-Chest Stretch: While laying on your back, gently bring your knees up towards your chest. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat two to three times daily, as long as it doesn’t increase your pain.
