One of the iconic holidays of March is St. Patrick's day, and one of the many images of that holiday is the rainbow! May the luck of the Irish be with you!

I am super stoked for this new flavor! It does look a little plain but man do they have flavor! This is our new Irish Cream Cupcakes! Its a white cupcake with Irish Cream baked into the cake, filled with an Irish cream salted caramel, and frosted with a mocha mascarpone frosting! Super delicious!

Oh my goodness! In the hustle and bustle of Valentines Day I forgot to post a picture of this beautiful birthday cake and cupcakes I made! It was a white cake with homemade caramel filling, with pink frosting, white chocolate ganache drip, and then I used Sprinkle Pop Romance blend to decorate everything!

Mardi Gras is right around the corner! Check out these cupcakes with purple and green frosting decorated with Sprinkle Pop Mardi Gras sprinkles with homemade white chocolate masks sprayed gold.

Valentines Day is just around the corner! Its the time of year where you naturally think of love, but what goes best with love? Delicious desserts! White Oak Goodies would like to present our Valentines Day options: Both round cakes are chocolate cake, with fresh cut strawberry filling frosted with strawberry whip cream and topped with ganache. Both cupcakes are chocolate with strawberries baked inside and frosted with strawberry whip cream.

Wow! What a snow storm we had! Luckily before the storm hit I had the honor to make this beautiful cake! This was a cake for a 25th Anniversary, for a wonderful couple. It was a white cake with raspberry filling. We did silver airbrush ribbon around the bottom with buttercream lilacs with touches of silver. I'm so thankful this couple decided to purchase this cake from me, it was a fun cake to make!

As promised, here are the New Years Celebration Cupcakes! These delicious white cupcakes are filled with a raspberry compote, frosted with a creamy white chocolate buttercream, airbrushed with gold scroll work and hand piped decorations. A perfect way to celebrate the new year! (I will have this flavor for the whole month, but this does not mean that you are required to have the count down decorations. You can pick some thing else)

The first snow is always the prettiest! It has inspired the decorations for this new flavor! It is a chocolate peppermint cake, with white chocolate peppermint frosting! Tons of edible glitter frost this snow covered cake, and icy roses!
