Hello beautiful people! I wanted to make you all aware that I'm closing my books for energy work sessions and QHHT for a little while. There is something amazing happening for me right now that is going to fulfill dreams and change the trajectory of my life. I need time to integrate these changes before I'll be able to reopen my books. I appreciate your understanding during this time of shift. I do have a couple of sessions booked and will be honoring those so if you have a session booked, you're good. If you are in need of a session I know so many wonderful practitioners and would be willing to refer you on to them while I'm in this transitional time.

I get these "a note from the universe" emails and sometimes they are so brilliant I must share...

There are times this is easier said than done, but I love this idea and do my best to embody this.

Hello yall!! I'm so pleased to announce that I've been approved to be a Level 1 QHHT practitioner! This means I am now able to book sessions with the public and also charge for these sessions. I've added this to my website, but booking these sessions will be done directly through me for the time being since I need to do a brief intake interview to ensure that its a good fit and there isn't anything contraindicated going on.

These sessions last approximately 3-5 hours and will be $250. I accept cash or venmo.

I'm including the questions I'll be asking just in case anyone is interested and wondering if this would be a good fit for them to participate in. I've had a waiting list for months, so I'm going to be reaching out to those people first to book just to keep things fair.

Here are the questions:

Have you been diagnosed with, show symptoms of, or believe you experience: schizophrenia, dissociative identity disorder, bipolar disorder (actively in mania or depression), borderline personality disorder, or any other mental health condition that causes you to lose touch with reality?

Are you a more left-brained person?

Have you been hypnotized before successfully?

Are you comfortable discussing personal and private things in a secure setting where nothing will leave the room that is said?

Are you comfortable coming to my home for this session or would you prefer to meet at my shared space? (We will be alone at the shared space but there could be more noise going on at this location).

Are you wiling to leave a review of your experience either on FB or Google?

What would it take to create your own rainbow today? 🌈

I've been thinking about this for a couple of weeks now and it's helping things click into place in my mind. 😊

Truthfully... we create our own happiness, not anything outside of us. We can find temporary happiness and joy in things such as work, friendships, relationships, food, drugs, s*x, etc... but NONE of those things will create lasting joy or happiness in us or in our lives. ⚖️🦋

When we get to know ourselves, release blocks to our own happiness, do the inner work without bypassing it with "good vibes only," learn to not take things personal, and to live for our own joy every day things start shifting. 🕯🪞

Does this mean we will be happy all day, every day, hell no! We are still humans and will still feel all the feelings. We are meant to, it's part of the human journey and why we chose to come here. However, doing this inner work will help us to cultivate more and more joy in our lives and that in turn will help us to process through the heavier times with more ease, love, and compassion for ourselves. Then that leads to being able to hold that space for others too... this is how we begin to shift. It starts within. It starts by finding 1 thing everyday that brings you joy. ✨️😁🥰
