In conclusion of Mental Health Awareness Month, I extend my gratitude to everyone for their support and love as an individual living with bipolar disorder and anxiety. Having a strong support system is crucial for me to process and progress. I sometimes struggle with adhering to daily medication, getting out of bed, maintaining hygiene, staying focused, and achieving quality sleep. However, I am grateful to have a remarkable team of holistic doctors and therapists who have greatly contributed to finding a balance and sustaining my physical and emotional well-being. Herbal smoke blend from Synergy Holistic Wellness

Smoke produced from anything does irritate the mucous membrane. Smoking herbs does not take away this side effect.
However, the herb that you smoke, the amount and the frequency are factors that distinguish whether it is safe or harmful. Smoking therapeutic herbs temporarily to alleviate a health malady is not always bad.
Damiana (Turnera diffusa) is best for relieving anxiety and depression. Smoking its dried leaves and flowers induces relaxation and helps elevate the mood. Damiana is also a powerful aphrodisiac.
Lemon balm's appeal as a smokable material isn't rooted in its potential to induce a high. Instead, it's the calming, soothing effect that users tend to find appealing.
