When we set intentions for the Spring Equinox, we are acknowledging what area of our life we want to feel balanced in and have the attention, drive, motivation, and belief in ourselves that we can actually attain this as well.

As the darkness lessens and the light expands, you may feel an inspired growth of imaginative and creative energy.
Quite different than the feelings of sluggish and unawakened energies you have felt in the winter months.
By nature, our bodies and souls know to go within and sit in the silence of inner shadow. It is our minds that cannot always grasp this concept, as we fear that our inner world has gone dark and that the light of inspiration and joy will not return.
Just as the positioning of the planets bring a new season (EQUINOX), an enriched light comes with it and renews our sense of connection of our own inner light

It’s difficult to trust that your life has purpose and meaning even when you are not being productive, but it is the rhythms and cycles of Earth that show us and encourage us to rest in darkness and allow for the light to unfold us and help us blossom without forcing or making things happen.

As human beings, we often cannot see past our earthly selves, to realize how our internal states are in alignment with our spiritual selves and are being influenced by the energies that that the positioning of the planets are effecting us.
Often we feel confused, restless, stuck in our heads, or even powerless as we continue to repeat patterns that we desperately desire to change. The return of the light that comes along with the Spring Equinox presents us with an opportunity to partake in a ritual to release our fears, reclaim our sovereign right to peace and empowerment, and surrender into new intentions for what we desire for ourselves.
