✨ Apply a quarter-size amount of our CBD Instant Curl Refresh Shampoo to wet hair. Gently massage into scalp and hair until lathered. Rinse thoroughly 🚿

✨ After using L&F CBD Instant Curl Refresh Shampoo, remove excess water from hair. Apply a small amount of CBD Instant Curl Repair Conditioner, focusing on mid-lengths to ends. Leave on for three minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
(For dry hair types, leave in for a minimum of five minutes for deeper pe*******on) 🙌

✨ Emulsify one or two quarter-size dollops of our Instant Curl Defining Cream between hands (a little goes a long way).
