Join us for our back to school BBQ on Thursday August 3rd!! This is a free event to attend where we will have games and actives for all. There will be food, sweet treats, and amazing raffle prizes to be won. We’ll have opportunities for kids and parents to win prizes to help with all the back to school necessities. Come out for some fun in the sun and end the summer with a bang!!!

Thank you to everyone who came out for our 5th Annual Car Show!! We had an awesome time and we are so happy that we could bring the community together and look at some sweeeeeet cars in the process!! TODAY IS THE DAY!! It is our Annual Easter Egg Hunt Day! The Easter Bunny stopped by the ACS office early today to say hello! 🐰 Reminder: we are across the street this year at VAN DORN PARK. We hope to see you all there!!!

We are now exactly 1 WEEK AWAY from our Annual Easter Egg Hunt!🐣We will be supporting our Lincoln community by incorporating other small businesses into our hunt. Joining us will be Motor Food (Food Truck) by Shaun, Sweets and Treats by Alex Crawford, and Fun Services of Nebraska (Giant Party Equipment Rental Services). Our location is DIFFERENT this year as we are expanding! We will be located in VAN DORN PARK, across the street from our ACS office! All ages are welcome and we hope to see everyone there!

Tips to Boost your immune system this season
🟥 get a good nights sleep, on average we recommend at least 7 hours of sleep- this will promote optimal health and well being!
🟥Get plenty of exercise, a good goal to aim for is at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day. Exercising mobilizes immune system cells, helping the body defend itself against infections.
🟥 As difficult as this can be reducing stress can significantly help the immune system. Stress can reduce the number of natural defense cells in the body which are used to fight infections.
🟥Providing proper nutrition to your body can do SO much. A healthy diet provides essential nutrients to help strengthen a persons immune response to fight off infection. Which can be very important during the sick season
🟥Getting adjusted! One of our favorite ways to stay healthy this season, by getting adjusted you’re allowing proper communication to your immune system- this helps your body release the proper antibodies or hormones when needed.

Dr. Duke was born and raised in Central Iowa. Growing up Dr. Duke played a plethora of sports, but it was wrestling where he found his true passion! After suffering an injury while wrestling and turning to a Chiropractor for treatment in order to return to the mat, Duke knew he had found his love. While Dr. Duke enjoys treating all patients, he has a special interest in athletes. Dr. Duke enjoys treating those who live an active lifestyle, but are experiencing discomfort from sports or exercise. He also has a passion for helping athletes to improve their mobility and athletic performance. If you are experiencing extremity pain or a limited range of motion, Dr. Duke would love to help you. In the future, Dr. Duke hopes to get his dry-needling certification and treat those who live an active lifestyle, to help them reach their full potential!
