We love Ireland & Irish food. Every year we offer a couple of our favorite dishes that we enjoyed during our time there.

If you’re out for the stereotypical American perception of St Patrick’s Day, & looking for a place to have corned beef & cabbage or green beer, we’re not that place. 😜

After a catering drop off this afternoon, we have decided to stay closed again this evening (after seeing a semi jack-knifed on south 9th street). Most of our employees are college students, and do not have reliable transportation to get to & from work in these conditions.

This is obviously not something we like to do, but the safety of our staff & customers is more important to us.

The Great Pumpkin Mule is back this week at

House-crafted pumpkin syrup, premium vodka, Amaretto, Drambuie, and Ginger Beer. All topped with Whipped Cream and Pumpkin Pie Spice.

We also are featuring a new wing sauce: strawberry jalepeño. Made with locally sourced jalapeños. Sweet on the front end with a kick on the back end.

Tomorrow, Friday, September 15th we open at 5:30pm following a private event.

Saturday, we open at our normal time of 4pm.

Coming down to Memorial Stadium tomorrow to celebrate "Volleyball Day in Nebraska"?

Come by before, during or after the big game(s). We're just down the street from the stadium.

We open at 4pm and will be open after the game ends.

We are proud to support the work of Make-A-Wish Nebraska so that James and other wish kids can have moments like these (Ka-Chow!).

We’re also very thankful for Duncan Aviation and the work they do to put on this event and have us play a part in it.

This Sunday, August 20th, The Copper Kettle will be at two events supporting our local community.

Duncan Aviation's 6th Annual Charity Car Show benefiting Make-a-Wish Nebraska will start with Car & Motorcycle show registration at 8am (changed due to heat), with food by The Copper Kettle (that's us), music and fun to follow.

Then, at Tavern on the Square in the heart of The Haymarket, Brunch on the Square is back starting at 12pm with brunch by The Copper Kettle (hey that's us again). There will be a DJ and live Music and more!

Starting tomorrow the Tony, Emmy, and Pulitzer winning musical Hamilton starts its run at the Lied Center for Performing Arts in Lincoln, Nebraska across the street from The Copper Kettle. Make plans to come to The Copper Kettle before or after every show (during normal business hours).

In celebration of the show's run in Lincoln, we're having the "Mule Duel" with two Hamilton inspired Mules.

The Aaron BURR-bon and the Alexander Ham-MULE-ton will be available every night during the show's run at the Lied.

The Aaron BURR-bon is made with Very Small Batch , fresh squeezed lime juice, and house Ginger Beer.

The Alexander Ham-MULE-ton is made with Cherry Vodka, Pineapple Vodka, fresh squeezed lime juice, pineapple juice, and house ginger beer.

They pair well with our famous tacos or any of our appetizers.

One important note for the holiday weekend: we will be closed Saturday July 1st and Tuesday, July 4th.

But the Bomb Pop Mule will be available today through Saturday, July 8th at The Copper Kettle.
