this one is real special- chef’s sourcing garden started popping off this past week and we had an abundance of summer squash and squash blossoms- so she wrote a dish to highlight the bounty! it’ll be around til it’s not!
we are able to source this dish entirely locally- with squash and (house ricotta filled!) blossoms, basil and mint from our own sourcing garden (tended to by and .merritt ), spring onions from and pecans from
