Lets talk about wellness care! 😉 This phase involves the maintenance of spinal function as well as improved health. It also has to do with the prevention of any future condition.

Regular maintenance is essential to your optimal health! We encourage our practice members to continue with chiropractic care throughout their lifetime just as you would continue with your dental hygiene.

Dental hygiene and spinal health are very similar, as both are needed to make sure those systems function properly. Don’t wait for a crisis to occur before you seek chiropractic care! Be preventative in your spinal health, the same way you wouldn't wait for a cavity to see your dentist. Preventative care is much easier and less costly than crisis care! 🩻 You only get one spine, make sure you take care of it! ☺️

The body reacts to 3 types of stress: pychsical, chemical, and EMOTIONAL. Mental health matters; anything your brain deals with, your body also has to deal with.🧠

Your body cannot heal when it does not feel safe. When you are having thoughts (even unintentionally) that are sending your body “danger” signals🚨, your body goes into fight or flight (even if you aren’t realizing it) and ultimately your body is acting as if it is running from a bear (ie NOT in a state of healing or repair, but survival)🏃🏼‍♀️

When we practice being thankful and appreciative, our body switches from "danger" to "safety." This is when all the physical benefits start to show throughout your body!🩵

The connection between the brain and body is similar to that of a safety pin.🧷
