Momma’s……we all struggle with our lower tummy after kids!! These ab straps are great for working that lower tummy area. You can always hang from the bar too but these definitely make it easier! Bring your knees to your chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat until failure💪🏻

Starting a 6 week lifting schedule this week. I will post my lifts for each day if anyone is interested. Macros have slightly increased during this phase to help build muscle. Focusing on progressive overload to build strength as well.
Monday: Push (Chest/Shoulders/Tris)
Tuesday: Legs (Quad focused)
Wednesday: Pull (Back/Biceps/Rear delts)
Thursday: Depending on how I’m feeling I will do a rest day or Push day, (repeat Mondays schedule)
Friday: Legs (hamstring and Glutes focused)
Saturday: Pull (repeat Wednesday schedule)
**Be sure to get your walks in. I do a steady 3.2 or 3.5 at an incline of 5 or more at the end of each workout and on rest days.
