🙌 HUGE SHOUTOUT and THANK YOU to StoneBridge Church for coming to prepare lunch, serve, and sing incredible worship to the men and women at the Dorcas House and the Nehemiah House! They traveled from Houston, TX to come alongside our clients and other organizations to serve and sing about the goodness of God. 🙏

You all were absolutely AMAZING and our clients were blessed by each of you! We can’t wait for you all to come back again!

We want to take a moment to recognize Becky Kay for all she does for our clients at the Dorcas House! She is an RN who comes every week to make sure the ladies have their medications for the week, checks in with each client to see how they are doing, addresses any issues with their medication, and helps with any health-related issues that may come up while she is there. She loves Jesus and it shows in the way she loves our clients at DH!

Mrs. Becky, we are beyond grateful for you! Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything that you do!

This morning was such a BLESSING to our ladies at Dorcas House! ❤ These two ladies are living proof that our God is in the business of making ALL THINGS NEW! 🙏

Tanya and Pam, we love you both so much! It is an honor to get to see how God has radically changed your lives and it is such a blessing to get to witness you sharing how God will take where you came from and restore your life to something beyond what could ever be imagined for the Kingdom when you surrender your life to Him. Nehemiah House Resident Shoutout! Meet Daniel! Daniel came to the Nehemiah House Addiction Recovery Program in November 2023 after being homeless and addicted to drugs and alcohol. On Thanksgiving last year, God led Daniel to the Nehemiah House, and he will be with our next graduating class. He has been able to heal spiritually, physically, and emotionally. "I realize now that people here truly care about me and believe in me. Everyone wants to see me grow to be who God has created me to be." Since being at the Nehemiah House, he has gained strength, confidence, and faith to be able to be a productive member of society by using the tools he has been given. Daniel works the front desk at the Nehemiah House where he has been able to get out of his comfort zone and use the gifts God has given him. His plan after graduation is to attend school to earn his degree in counseling. When asked if there was one thing he would tell the next person in need of healing what would it be and he said, "With God, ALL things are possible. He will lead you to healing if you let your pride go. It's all about helping each other." SO TRUE, Daniel!! We are so proud of your accomplishments, and we anticipate the work that God is going to continue to do in and through you!

A group of men at the Nehemiah House had the opportunity to serve at the Patrick H. Hays Senior Citizens Center in North Little Rock. 🤝

Thank you for this opportunity for the men in our Addiction Recovery Program to give back and be a part of this wonderful community! 🌱🪴🪻

One of our graduates who is currently in the work program at the Nehemiah House- Corey Payne competed and came in 2nd place in a partnered competition with Pastor Marcus Brown of New Life Church and Captain Dustin Ivey of the Maumelle Police Department at the TFX Throw-down in Fort Smith yesterday. God does some really incredible things and makes our mess into a message in ways that only He can!

Shoutout to Mrs. Shannon, Tony, and the entire Stronger Together Fitness Gym for your dedication to helping people be the best version of themselves with Jesus at the center of it all! 🙏

Shoutout to two of our directors Elizabeth Childress and Kathryn Miller! Elizabeth has earned a scholarship going into her second semester pursuing her master’s degree and Kathryn made the deans list as she finishes up her junior year of pursuing her bachelor’s degree!
