WHAT TOUR VOLUNTEERS DO: Volunteer docents are stationed at specific points throughout the house to keep people moving and to serve as information points.
Visitors walk through each house at their own pace. All docents are provided with a script prior to the tour (copies also available at each house) that includes general historic information and facts specific to each station in the house. Docents are also invited to a volunteer orientation at their specific house in the days prior to the tour.
