Hey OTF WLR Fit Fam! I'm sure you've been wondering who the new face is around these parts... or maybe not because when she's not in coaching gear, she's a regular member, just like you!
Either way, let's give a warm round of applause to our newest Coach, Zankhana! 👏
Coach Zankhana is an Ortho Arkansas contracted Athletic Trainer at Joe T. Robinson High School. A 2011 graduate of Arkansas State University (Wolves Up! 🐺), she started her college career with a desire to become a Physical Therapist until she discovered athletic training - which combines her love of both sports and medicine. It was then that her passion for fitness and helping people live healthier lives, really began to take root and flourish.
In her extremely limited spare time, Coach Zankhana likes hang out with friends and family. Her career has made her realize that life is too short to not share it with the people we love.

"OTF has been a huge part of my fitness journey. I've now finished 50+ half marathons and 15 full marathons and gone from 210 lbs to 165! I average 80% OTF workouts and 20% outdoors running as prep for the endurance events I take part in, so it's most of how I prepare. I'm a big fan of Tread50 these days 😉"

Ian joined Orangetheory as a founding member of OTF Sudbury 🇨🇦 in 2021. Despite undergoing a challenging surgery, he never gave up hope of returning to his favorite workout. Throughout his recovery, OTF Sudbury kept him connected and feeling like a valued part of the orange family. Beaming with joy as he handed over his medical note, Ian was cleared to take classes again! Ian truly embodies our mantra of More Life. Welcome back to the Orange Zone, Ian! 🧡
Throughout every journey, there's one coach that worms their way into your heart. Like the Fritos bag left at the bottom of variety pack of chips - you finally open it, eat them and discover you actually like them 😁
That's Coach Parker. He's our bag of Fritos, and just as he's become part of our hearts and our everyday routines, he's off to Texas to conquer more hearts and help others reach their fitness goals with dry dad jokes and a uniqueness all his own!
The impact he's made and the hole he's leaving here at West will take time to heal, but as they say, all good things come to an end. We just wish that end wasn't so soon.
Parker, thank you so much for everything you've done for us. You'll never truly know the impact you've made or the imprint you've left on our hearts. We wish you all the best on this new adventure.
