An affiliate of the Tulsa-based chain recently bought a 1.5- acre site on the south side of Chenal Parkway at Kanis Road for more than $1.6 million.
The property was sold by Costco Wholesale Corp. of Issaquah, Washington.

Hideaway's fifth pizzeria in Arkansas.
The company operates restaurants in Benton, Conway, Fort Smith and North Little Rock.

Big news for downtown Little Rock! The Croissanterie will be opening their second location, this one inside the Tech Park at 417 Main St. Hours will be M-F from 7a-2p.

The soft opening is on July 30th at 7am … and expect an August 5th grand opening. Fresh pastries and coffee will be offered while staff gets trained … with more offerings in the coming weeks. Congrats to Jill, Wendy, and their entire team.

The City of Little Rock was awarded funding to reconstruct Markham Street from Cedar Street to Pearl Ave. This significant development aims to enhance the infrastructure and safety of the area, benefiting residents and visitors alike. The project will focus on a much-needed corridor overhaul, including a comprehensive "road diet." This reconfiguration will reduce the existing four lanes to two lanes and introduce a center turn lane, a change designed to significantly improve the safety for all road users, including pedestrians, bike riders, and drivers.

This is much needed and if done well will be great for the area. Check out the renderings below.
