Getting in your daily movement doesn’t have to be complicated, here is a quick and effective, low impact, walking treadmill workout ⬇️
Interval method:
👉 Start by walking 10 minutes at your own steady pace
👉 Complete 5 rounds of 1 minute maximum effort fast walking
👉 Follow each max effort round with 1 minute of steady pace walking
👉 Cool down with a 10 minute walk at your own steady pace
It’s important to note that everyone’s pace and speed may vary, so adjust accordingly to your levels and goals!

Apply progressive overload to your exercises:
➡️ Start with a few basic exercises per muscle group
