I am so fortunate to have amazing clients that I enjoy seeing, that communicate to me how I've helped them and reach out just to check how I'm doing when I'm sick like you did earlier this month (Thankfully I dont get sick often). I always stretch my clients in my practice, but it is important to continue to stretch at home. Many people's pain and stiffness would decrease if they took time to stretch everyday. After every massage you get, your body releases toxins that have built up in your muscles and organs over time. It is VERY important you flush those toxins out! A great way to flush them out of your system after your massage is the Ionic foot bath and, of course, drinking A LOT of water.

I love incorporating essential oils into my massage. I try to use an oil that will benefit each client specifically. Tell me what's bothering you and I'll use the correct oil for you. Only if you want, of course. ;)
