Join us August 10, as we welcome Turn Turn Turn. They are a remarkable trio who bonded over their mutual love of close harmony 60s and 70s country, folk, and pop music and formed an original Americana band. To create their distinctive sound, the band “turns” to the distant past of early American recorded music, “turns” again to that renaissance of the 1960s and 1970s, and finally “turns” again to the present looking forward. Members Adam Levy (guitar, vocals), Savannah Smith (guitar, vocals) and Barb Brynstad (bass, vocals) are all mainstays of the Minnesota music scene and together craft an infectious, pop-infused Americana.

Jazz pianist David Garfield will be at Trinity House on October 12, at 8:00 p.m. This show is part of the Jazz at the House series sponsored by Bill Brown Ford. David's trio will include drummer Walfredo Reyes Jr. Walfredo is the current drummer for Chicago and he's played with many artists including Carlos Santana, Steve Winwood and Smokey Robinson. Jim Bizer will be at Trinity House on Sunday July 7, at 7:00 p.m. opening for Pierce Pettis. Jim has a wonderful new CD, "About Time." Here's a nice interview with Jim from the The Stratton Setlist. Check it out and make plans to be at the show.

Here's a real cool short performance from Pierce Pettis from his home on Lookout Mountain. It includes one of our favorites from Pierce, Little River Canyon. Pierce will be back to Trinity House on Sunday July 7, at 7:00 p.m. Jim Bizer will open the show. When we began doing more concerts in 1999 Pierce was on the shortlist of artists we hoped to have on our stage. We're glad to call him a friend all these years later.
