Boys face educational disparities, being held back and expelled more frequently than girls, with higher rates of learning disorders and attention problems. Despite being the minority in colleges, boys are not achieving their academic potential, impacting their success in the knowledge economy.
Teacher bias towards boys' behavior rather than academic performance starts early, influencing perceptions of their intelligence and achievement. This Professional Development session aims to address these issues by understanding brain differences, supporting boys' developmental needs, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance their academic success.
