This first Friday music will be spinning with .co taking over the kitchen. Eclectic sounds with reimagined food given new life. Old favorites brought back Better than ever. Fun starts at 5pm and will go till sellout. Come hang y’all, should be a good time.

Our week starts back up tomorrow with in our Long Beach kitchen!

Both shops will be open Christmas Eve until 4pm.
Sala Whittier will be open on Christmas Day 9am-3pm.

Thanksgiving day we will be closing an hour early at Sala Whittier (5pm).
Over at Sala Long Beach our kitchen will be open until 1pm. .eats will be selling whole and slices of pie until sell out.
Pick up fresh floral arrangements while you’re in shop!

Friday, both shops will have limited hours 8am-3pm.

For Small business Saturday we will be offering 10% off all retail items.

Normal business hours will resume Sunday.

Last week we had a new drop from Brent of .wine and had a ball of a night on Wednesday. The wines this release feel the most tuned in that we’ve tasted from Brent. True California wines with high energy. We’ve love everything we’ve tasting and can see Brent’s winemaking blossom in front of our eyes. 💕

The return of this Thursday 11/17 at 5pm! They’ll be pumping out pies from their pizza truck located on Atlantic 📍 in front of our Long Beach shop. Order a pie and grab a glass of wine inside. 🍷

Saturday 11/19 will be out front cooking up Yakitori from 5pm to sell out!

We got a month full of pop ups at both locations ahead of us! Starting off November with .co cooking up Baja inspired dishes for First Fridays. Y’all sold him out last time so make sure to come early and hungry!
After dinner hop on the red beer bus and tour Bixby. Saturday we have baking up Whittier’s favorite sweet and savory treats to pair with our 3 pour wine tasting!
We’re ending the weekend with the perfect remedy for Sunday scaries with a mid-day Pizza pop up! Y’all can enjoy some wine by the glass with us or take a bottle to go. 🍷

A truly sublime and dynamic coffee that only comes around every so often. We can only sit back and smile at how good this is. Well be resting some to brew for a by the cup method at a later date. For now these are on the shelves waiting for ya!

We have a month full of collaborations with all types of creatives! We’re joining forces with individuals who have a passion for food and community. There will be artists who perform live in Whittier as well as DJs spinning vinyl at our Halloween Party at Sala Long Beach. Sala will have it’s first pop up in Whittier at the beautiful building where we will be pairing wine with pop up.
We can’t wait to see your faces throughout the month!
