Stop by April 18th through the 22nd to try the Matcha Earth! 🍵🌎 Each drink is served for-here only or in your favorite reusable cup🥤Matcha Earth is made with our ceremonial grade and organic matcha, blackberry jasmine iced tea, vanilla, and topped with oat milk foam. Enjoy this fruity and floral matcha drink with one of our out of this world sugar cookies (while supplies lasts!).

Our team would like to share all the ways we work with the environment in mind!

⚡️We are Long Beach’s first zero-emissions coffee roaster! Our roasting operation is fully electric and our only waste output is minimal water and the final husks from green coffee.
🌿 We source our coffee beans from different farmers and processors that work towards green energy, healthier and safer work conditions, fair wages, and incentives for education and community growth.
♻️ We limit our single-use plastic as much as we can! We opt for paper packaging instead. Our food waste is always separated for compost.
🥐 Our housemade pastries are fresh for you every day, all leftover pastries are donated to the Long Beach Rescue Mission
☕️ We offer for-here ceramic ware for you to enjoy your drinks here. We’re also happy to fill your favorite reusable cup!

These Puerto Rican Beef Empanadas are more than just a dish to me; they're a cherished piece of my childhood. As a little girl, I remember helping my abuela in the kitchen, my tiny hands diligently filling the dough with her sofrito-flavored beef and potato filling. The aroma of the cooking meat and sofrito would fill the room, enveloping us in a comforting blanket of warmth and love.
I couldn't resist the savory filling and would often sneak a few spoonfuls when Abuela wasn't looking, earning me a playful scolding. These empanadas are not just a recipe; they're a piece of my heart, a delicious memento of the invaluable days spent learning from my abuela in her kitchen.
