Happy 4th of July from Timberlake Notary Services. A last minute notarization was needed for a customer who’s traveling out of the country this evening. I am happy to help and offer notarizations on holidays and after hours for customers in the Long Beach and Signal Hill areas. Life happens outside of business hours!

The review came about due to a last minute request for a travel consent for minors. It brings me satisfaction knowing I was able to help out a fellow busy mom during a pinch! 🌟

Celebrating 19 Years…

What started off as a part time source of income eventually turned into a full fledged business. I had no idea what a notary was or did when I got started. I’ve met some amazing people along the way and have gained so many skills running a small business. It’s been a rewarding journey and has challenged me to step out of my comfort zone. Happy Notar-versary to me!

Hahaha, had a signing at the Port today and didn’t get lost. First time for everything!

At one of my appointments today I learned about the Orphan Train…never heard of it before today. Reading up on now.

Business Card Basics!

I was reminded of this today when a customer showed up for a signing at the bank to have an error corrected but did not have the notary's contact information. Luckily for her it wasn't an extremely time sensitive document but an inconvenience nonetheless. Sometimes as a notary, we may forget to give out our card but in the event that we do—please ask. Save that information until your document is processed in the event that your document comes back with an error and needs to be fixed. It will save time and confusion in the long run especially if it’s a document that needs to be recorded.

It’s raining so frequently now here in Cali that I’m starting to get used to it!

I am often called a lifesaver when I say “yes”
to a last minute or find a mistake in a document. I call it enjoying what I do…being a notary is a people person business and I really love meeting new people and being of service.

Sitting is the new smoking, so I’m at the gym in between appointments. Just a leisurely walk on the treadmill. The crocs are in sport mode lol!
