Thank you beautiful Earth Family for coming together and packing the space with your beautiful vibes!!! Gatherings like these remind me of how important it is to practice with community. It’s a beautiful reminder of how powerful impact we can make on ourselves and with each other when we do the work together. Last night we did some major clearing and paid homage to our ancestors by chanting beautiful mantras to clear energetic blockages from past, present and future. We sat with our soul and prayed out loud to the divine and sent distant healing around the planet. We released the weight of the souls we hurt intentionally or unintentionally back to the universe to take care. I felt so much lighter afterwards. My heart is in gratitude for all the beautiful souls who came together to raise the vibrations on the planet in human form and energetically. New Moons are like new beginnings. It felt like New Years yesterday. What a beautiful reminder that we always have the chance to start over again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful healing gifts through sound. Thank you ViVi for helping us set-up and clean up. Thank you Beautiful Earth Family for coming together and co-creating such a loving and safe space for all of all as we navigate this human plane together. I love you guys so much! my heart is flowing with so much gratitude!!! 📷I feel honored to be given the opportunity to adorn this beautiful vessel...one of my favorite things to do in the whole wide world!!!
What a very special moment when a baby star-seed pops in from the cosmos and gives you its trust to love, feed, and house it until they are ready to fully integrate themselves on planet earth.
Many people have shared with me that the baby feels and hears everything that's going on outside and inside; I believe it.
It's pure magic to interact with this miracle encapsulated inside another miracle (aka sacred temple aka mother ship). The joy of witnessing Salina (mommy) and Bryan (daddy) as loving friends sat in a circle to share stories, laughter, song, and comforting words was a reminder of how beautiful it is when we celebrate all life together.

Last Day Here in Washington...Since June 2017 Our intention together is working on self healing, healing our lineage, clearing our vessel so we can be present and hold space not only for others but each other.
It’s pretty dang awesome to have someone to go deep with and do that inner work...it’s not always rainbows and unicorns but the process in itself is beautiful.
Every moment we connect a layer peels and something gets revealed...These pieces we once found ugly about ourselves had a chance to be shown and loved...
Throughout the process we’ve learned to be each other’s spotter...It’s kinda like being at the gym where your lifting that heavyweight and someone you trust stands close by to witness you and catch the weights if you aren’t able to carry it...
or the first time you rode a bicycle without training wheels and that someone cheers you on and guides you until realize you can do it.
It took some time of us digging, poking and provoking for our shadows to reveal themselves in the light.
At times when we are afraid to fall and or/go into a dark space it is important to have someone trustworthy who can witness and has the energy to hold the space if we need to express something we don’t even understand. Having a good sense of humor helps too.
We used to think we had to move through things alone because no one would love the ugly pieces of us and then we found each other and beautiful earth family community.
By loving and caring for the parts we were ashamed of truly helped our relationship towards ourselves, each other and the world. We still have a lot of work to do on ourselves and grateful to have each other and earth family community to share our journey with.
Thank you for being my co-pilot, life collaborator and my journeying partner.
Thank you for being down to do the inner work, sleep in parking lots, make music, live simple, travel and serve the creator together...Love you!

Just the beginning...

Healing trauma, depression, anxiety, and stress has been one of her biggest themes since childhood. Her conscious journey of self-healing began in 2006 where she experienced an awakening which sparked her interest in going inward with the intention to get to the root of what was causing an imbalance of her mind body and spirit. Weeks after her awakening, she was introduced to Universal Energy Healing which opened her up to various forms of holistic healing modalities in which she, later on, received formal training in, such as Reiki, Shamanic Healing, Kundalini Yoga and Sound Healing. Her intention is to share and teach the tools which help her throughout her healing journey with the intention to elevate and co-create a safe space for the community to gather, connect, learn, grow and be.
