This is the info on How to talk to children about conflict and war

I've been trying to balance how to engage and disengage with the overwhelming news from Ukraine for the past several weeks, and also doing the same for my therapy clients. I did some research to provide parenting tips on how to talk to children about the war and found this one was solid and least biased. If you’d modify it, I’d put parents/caregivers’ self-care on the top instead of the last. Please take good care of yourself and your loved ones!
