When did pizza arrive in LA?

Joe Dimaggio courted Marilyn Monroe at Villa Capri. Patsy would even open the restaurant early for them so that they could have some privacy! Stop by Patsy D’Amore’s at the Original Farmer’s Market and try the spaghetti Joe DiMaggio loved!

Patsy brought his famous New York style pizza to Los Angeles when he opened the original Casa D’Amore with his brother Franklyn in 1939.
