‘80s 12s and a pair of nice Roxy Music OGs out at noon, we’re closing an hour early at 5 PM.

A very happy birthday to our own .deadly, who works as hard as anyone I know Monday through Friday at her real job before coming and doing it at the shop on Saturdays, just because she loves being here and helping make record store magic happen in Chatsworth. We thrive on her good energy, her positive attitude and her fun spirit; even when she’s not in the shop the place is heavily infused with all of that. We are all lucky to have her here!

I’m all about running out your grounders but this place has been extra quiet during games; I’m going to eat some early dinners this week and sure maybe catch a few more innings myself… we’re 12 to 5 until further notice.

OK maybe not your traditional record store listening events but I don’t want to miss these games and I know many of you don’t either. Place typically gets real quiet during playoff games so let’s give this a shot. Come down for the start of the first two games Friday and Saturday, we will have the game bumping on the big speakers and “happy hour” specials TBA. We’ll be open regular hours until 6 but stay a bit later if there’s action, I won’t kick you out during a big inning. I imagine there are places nearby you can finish out the game, feel free to shout out your fave places showing the games below…
