A recent addition to our cuisine that’s quickly becoming a fan favorite is the duck breast. Our premium duck breast is carefully picked and marinated in koji: the mold that is also utilized in sake, soy sauce, and miso. Wasabi helps to cut the fat of the wagyu! wagyu is known for its perfect marbling of fat which results in its specialized texture and flavor. The particular wagyu we use here at is imported from Kyushu Island in Japan. Therefore pairing wagyu and wasabi is an unbeatable combination.
