Our Stellar team fired up the 🚚, loaded our 🤖 and all the ingredients it needs to make our delicious pizza. We drove all around the South Bay to confirm that our tech can handle the twists and turns of the roads. The result? A win!

With all of our ingredients loaded, the Stellar Pizza 🚚 weighs almost 20,000 lbs, with enough dough and toppings to make up to 440 pizzas. 🤯 That's about the weight of a Tyrannosaurus rex 🦖! Who's ready for some Stellar Pizza?

Featured from the piece, "Once he landed on the idea for Stellar, he and his team dove into pizza science, reading academic papers from Italian universities outlining the mathematical models of heat transfer from ovens to pizza dough, and theorizing on the outer limits of pizza cooking speed. As we get closer to launch later this summer, we're hyper focused on making sure our 🍕 tastes amazing. In addition to using the highest quality ingredients, our software system assigns each pizza a unique QR code. Then, 12 cameras placed inside the robot document each pizza as they are being made.The Stellar team reviews the footage and data to see if there are any issues with our pizzas and fix as needed. And, customers can scan the QR code to share their feedback with us.
BRB - we're test driving the future of 🍕. We take our truck out on the road to verify that the robot withstands the bumps, twists and turns of driving in Los Angeles. Each adventure gets us a little closer to our official launch later this summer! Are you ready for some ?

When the conference rooms are booked here at Stellar, we need to get creative when finding a spot to work. Check out Hanno, one of our electrical engineers, who found work space in the old housing for our 🍕 robot!
Our mechanical engineers design parts of our 🍕 robot in SOLIDWORKS, and some prototypes are 3D printed to verify that the designs function as required. Once the 3D part is approved, we manufacture it with food safe material and install it on the 🤖. The design featured is part of our pizza sauce dispenser!

Our custom ovens fire up to over 800 degrees and they're programmed to cook each pizza differently depending on the selected toppings. It takes less than five minutes from start to finish to cook a Stellar pie! 🔥🍕
