Calling all meat lovers! We have a wide selection of meats but our Meyer Natural Angus is definitely a popular one! It’s hormone and antibiotics free as they are allowed to mature slowly for optimal tenderness and marbling. Pro tip: try cooking the meat the way you would enjoy steak. Medium rare lovers unite ✊🏽

Our ponzu sauce is made in house but you are in charge of adding all the extra toppings and adjusting it to your liking! Don’t hesitate to ask a server to help you out and make you their “special sauce” either. 😉
