Self-confidence is an attitude about your skills and abilities. It means you accept and trust yourself and have a sense of control in your life. You know your strengths and weakness well, and have a positive view of yourself. You set realistic expectations and goals, communicate assertively, and can handle criticism.

* Slow down when you are feeling intense emotions and think logically about the situation.
Thanksgiving is much more than a big meal with family and friends. It’s a time to reflect on, and be thankful for, all of the good things you have. It’s important to be grateful, not just on Thanksgiving, but each and every day.

What are negative thoughts? Well, they are exactly as they sound. Negative thoughts are a form of unhealthy self-talk, even if they aren’t about ourselves, and they can quickly consume all of our thoughts.
We are bombarded on a daily basis by fear and fear is a contribution for thinking negatively.
Negative thoughts can cause your brain to release chemicals able to negatively affect every cell in your body and make you feel bad. The opposite is also true – positive, happy, hopeful thoughts release chemicals that help make you feel good.
However, there are some things you can try to stop the negative though
1- Write it down
2-Feel the feelings
3-Engage in an activity that helps distract you from your thoughts.
4-Reframe your thoughts
5-Practice gratitude
What have you done to attract your desires and dreams?
Have you been taking any risk? Have you been trying?
The universe is capable to offer you everything that you wish for, as long you go after and take actions.
Visualize what you want and write down
If there is one thing in life I know to be true it is that life is constantly teaching us lessons and sending us signs. Think about where you are in life right now. Try and focus on one point in your life. So if negative things keep happening then change the way you look and look for the lesson.

We live in a society that has very defined aesthetic standards for centuries.
From being very thin, or curvy, or having defined muscles, these patterns have
harmed too many people around the world. And it has gotten to a point that it is hard to find someone who doesn’t really care about them.
So I won't tell you that it’s super easy to, right now, start to love yourself and believe in how beautiful you are, because it’s not. It’s a process that takes time, and it’s ok.
All you need is to have faith in that process, and keep believing that one day, you’ll look at the mirror and will be loving what you’re looking at.
Have you ever set a goal for yourself and didn’t achieve it?
We all have goals…things we want to achieve at different times during our life. And there’s nothing wrong with that. Having goals helps us focus our efforts.
However, it’s not enough to just set goals. Most people set goals or resolutions and leave it at that, and that’s when it becomes a problem.
Some people are afraid to fail
Some people have too many goals and not enough focus.
Some people really don’t believe they’re worthy of attaining the goal.
Some people are simply satisfied with what they have and where they are in life.
Turn your goals into habits, I don’t mean to toss your goals out the window and only focus on habits for the rest of your life. Once you’ve set your goals, it’s important to think about what habits will help you achieve that goal.
If your lifestyle doesn’t facilitate and enable you to live in alignment with the ideals you see for yourself, you need to decide what is essential for your life and work out how can you live closer to those fundamentals.
Be thankful for what you have right now and use it as the fundament to built your future on it. Never stop dreaming about your goals and visions, but don’t worry about the things you currently don’t have. Always keep in mind that it is a waste of time to focus on what you don’t have . Be grateful for what you have now.
What does coaching mean to you?
Regardless of what people believe, coaching is recommended for those who want to improve themselves in all aspects. Emotionally, financially,self confidence, self love….
Don’t think coaching is only needed for some kind of problem that you have in that moment.

Today is a very special day , it is the day that you my love, are graduating college. Today, we are overwhelmed by your achievements and we are all so excited. Your hard work and perseverance has paid off. Who knew 22 years ago that my little girl with blue yes, that was calling everyone attention in the hospital because of your exceptional eyes. But to me it wasn’t just your eyes, it was that little soul that god gave me, and gifted me as a mother, with a child that would become my other half. Since that moment I knew there was something special about you. Life has been a party party journey next to you. Today I want you to know that you will fly high, because you are already doing this. I am so proud of you, for all your accomplishments and for the ones that are coming for you. You finished another chapter today of the book called life. And guess what, the next ones will be even better. I will always be here to read, laugh, cry and have fun with you about what you are writing next. Congratulations my love, you are the best and you are my sunshine!!

Thoughts determine feelings, then feelings influence performance. Learn to think more positively about yourself. As you learn to recognize your negative thoughts and start changing them you are exercising your mental muscles.
Each step you take is the action that's needed to get you to your destination. But it's your thoughts, your sense of self-belief that controls each step.
* Have a clear idea about what you want to achieve from any learning opportunity.
* Train yourself to believe that you can reach this goal.
* Eat healthy food and sleep for at least eight hours a night.
* Embrace failure as an opportunity to learn and improve.
What steps could you take to help you growth your mindset thinking?
Wanna get better with yourself?
Solitude is a conscious option and is necessary when there is internal chaos, to silence the external, welcome, love, care and love yourself in the first place! It is necessary to be well with yourself in order to relate well to other people.
● move your body (from dancing to stretching, walking or some sport, this is important for your health too)
● make plans (it can be a trip, a goal at work, buying something, you decide!)
● create a new hobby (don't depend on anyone, it can be gardening, reading, anything
that makes you spend a little time every day with yourself)
● talk to yourself (it can even be out loud, why not? It 's good to hear!)
● make a gratitude list (it is important that we look at what we have and are grateful to
have)
Have you ever been told that you are too demanding or have too high standards?
People around you may tell you that you’re too demanding and want something
you’re never gonna have and advise you to lower your standards just to increase your chances of meeting someone.
Frankly, it’s one of the worst pieces of advice you can ever get.
We need to know our value so we don't make choices in the desire to have or belong, because it can hurt us much more.
● there is a power in knowing what you want
● others people opinion don’t define you
● believe you can do, and you will
● Not seeing any results doesn’t mean they never come.
The success of our choices is due more to the no's we said than to the yeses.
Talking “no” often means knowing how to prioritize what matters.
Therefore, the fear of disappointing someone's expectations is, to some extent, normal.
But there is a limit between self-giving, the fear of sounding unsympathetic by resorting to a resounding “no” and the complete annulment of saying “yes” to everything
It is impossible to create something that cannot first be imagined?
Visualization , you can see, feel, smell and experience like you are living in that moment.
Visualization is a technique that allows you to set the parameters to make your future vision a reality.
There is no right or wrong way to visualize, so just enjoy your personal process. Remember to journal after your visualizations.
To love and be loved, who doesn't want that, right?
Loving involves giving and receiving back, giving up your desires, but also receiving
what you want.
But to love someone you have to love yourself before. Otherwise you might end up
getting lost on the way to loving somebody else.
You need to be your priority, and know your worth!

It’s normal to feel like you could be doing more when it comes to self-improvement.
Most people dream big and make a full list of personal goals, but they rarely ever fulfill them.
Improve in the area you really believe is important to you.

DON’T COMPLAIN ABOUT THINGS YOU DON’T CHANGE
Complaining is something that undoubtedly hinders our growth.
Most of the time, it’s easier to complain about a problem than to solve it. But I gotta
tell you, it doesn’t help. The problem is still there.

When you describe your life, what would you think of?
Life is what you make it, you can break the rules, follow them, be wild and travel, or settle down
Life gives us the opportunity to learn, experience and create memories.
Living in the present moment means no longer worrying about what happened in the past and not fearing what will happen in the future.
What is the one thing that changed your perspective on life?
Have you ever felt like you're lost in your life? Like there is nothing holding you here?
You know, we all need some kind of motivation to live our life. Something that makes
us want to get out of bed, that makes us believe that better days will come. Something that makes life move.
Maybe you’re feeling that way, because you’re not creating goals. And for that you need to think on what you want to do and achieve . Once you get this, you’ll need to start thinking about what you have to do to get there.
Because life can be difficult and scary and make you feel things… like the idea that you don’t matter.
You need to matter for yourself and care about yourself. Because you’re worth it. And you’re going to be spending a hell of a lot of time with yourself so you might as well learn to love you for you.
You matter because you make the constant decision to get up every day and to face the world.
Can we agree that life charges us a lot to let go of the things we love to do?
Whether it's being with the family, playing some sport, meditating or even taking a
nap.
It doesn’t really matter what you love to do, you should feel free to do it.
So my advice to you, it’s to gradually start to do little things that you love in your
routine. It may look a little odd in the beginning, but I assure you, that it has a huge importance on your health.
Do you set your goals?
Goal are not destinations. Goals are guideposts along the journey.
You choose a destination because it’s easier, you know what you have to do, so you do it.
Sometimes destination changes along the way or you reach it and you realize that it’s not what you wanted.
There is one thing about life that everyone realises sooner or later. It has no destination whatsoever. It is all about the pursuit.

Do you feel like you’re always chasing someone else's goals?
In our life, we grew up listening to other people saying that we should help each other constantly. And yeah, that's cool, and that's important too. But we need to focus on ourselves to understand who we are, what we want to do and what we are going to dream with.
Remember: this is YOUR life, so YOU get to choose whatever YOU think is best. It’s ok to prioritize yourself. And this is not an egoístic thing to do!
