A meeting of great minds – and equally great designs.

World-renowned designer Ferris Rafauli, the designer behind Hästens Grand Vividus and drēmer, recently met with our Chief Design Officer, David Lee Hatchard, to reveal the secret to a successful designer collaboration.

It starts with sharing the same values. Rafauli highlighted that a specific timeline doesn’t limit his partnership with Hästens. Instead, it’s based on a lifelong relationship built on shared values like design, quality, and ex*****on. He believes that a great collaboration should be authentic for both sides – and we agree entirely.

In celebration of The Armory Show’s 30th anniversary in New York, Hästens created the perfect space for attendees to take some time out in the Hästens 2000T. The installation was inspired by a famous photograph from the Gramercy International Contemporary Art Fair 1994, featuring White Cube founder Jay Jopling and artist Tracey Emin.

Guests were invited to recreate the iconic image in the Hästens 2000T, dressed in Blue Check robes, comfy down boots, and pyjamas.
