Congratulations LMU Class of 2024! 🎉🎓 You did it! Welcome to the Alumni Association 🎉
Once a Lion, always a Lion! 🦁
1979: Donna Summer, ABBA, Earth, Wind & Fire. Michael Jackson. 1979 summed up the eclectic mix of style and culture across the country. The turn of the decade ushered LMU into a new era of style too!
The Class of 1979 is celebrating their 45th milestone reunion on Saturday, June 8.
Will we see you there?
A special thank you to committee members:
Janice Burrill ’79
Ann Holmquist ’79
Donna Meade ’79
Joseph Zirbel ’79.

1974: The year Barbara Streisand hit the top of the charts with "The Way We Were"; Elton John’s “Bennie and the Jets” soon followed. Denim bell bottoms were still in-style, and no one could say otherwise. 1974 was also the year LMU celebrated its first graduating class since the Loyola University and Marymount College merger.
The countdown to LMU Grand Reunion begins! We can’t wait to welcome you back on Saturday, June 8, 2024 and induct the Class of 1974 into the Golden Lions. Here’s to celebrating, reconnecting, reminiscing and make new memories: https://bit.ly/4aFpfjq

How do you ignite a legacy of impact for generations to come?
We think of our legacy families who have — for generations — continued to bring Lion Pride beyond the bluff. We can’t wait to welcome you back to the bluff for the Legacy Family Pre-Game Reception where we will cheer on our men’s basketball team before they take on the University of San Francisco. Join us for a fun evening of food, spirits, and great company, as we honor you and cheer on our Lions to victory!
