Some days are full of chaos, stress, and turmoil, when nothing goes as planned and the weight of the world feels unbearable. 😮‍💨 During these challenging times, it’s easy to lose hope. But even on the darkest days, choosing love can be a powerful act of defiance. Love yourself, love others, and hold on to the belief that better days are coming. Each new day is a fresh start. Who else here struggles with huge emotional swings? For the longest time, I felt like I was broken and life-changing moments whether good or bad have always triggered these emotional earthquakes. When I’m dealing with the emotional roller coaster in my head I lean hard into gratitude. Being grateful is a magic pill for calming the mind. It’s one of my silver bullets where in the past I’d beat myself up for days now I find one thing to be grateful for and start building upon that. Even in the worst of it all, we have opportunities to find gratitude and in the moments find peace.

Trial and error. Failure is the information you need to get where you’re going. Keep going.
