This year was very special as our staff made the first prado house wine. Made with help from our friend Jack Sporer of Magnolia Wine is Sonoma County, out of organic dry farmed Zinfandel grapes from Clearlake, California. We aimed to make a bistro style wine out of a classic California grape done in a contemporary zero zero method. Our biggest goal was to create a sustainable wine practice for the growing demand of wine. We did this by going straight from grower to glass, by eliminating the excess waste of glass, corks and labels through kegging, and by producing in bulk. Thus we are able to keep the cost down and deliver you a $10 glass of amazing natural red wine for the rest of the year. We’re very proud of this wine and hope you enjoy.
