Coeurage Ensemble is THRILLED to announce that we are one of the 238 grantees awarded a 2024-25 Organizational Grant Program grant! Grants like this are VITAL to keeping theatre alive in Los Angeles. We can't truly express how much this means to us and how excited we are to continue making theatre. A HUGE thank you to the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors and the Los Angeles County Department of Arts and Culture!

Thank you Downtown Santa Monica for inviting the cast of Coeurage Ensemble's RENT to sing on Third Street Promenade before a screening of the film!

We had such a blast!

And thank you to our audience volunteers who came up and sang with us in Light My Candle and Seasons of Love!

Coeurage Ensemble is devastated to learn about the passing of the ferociously kind and talented Neil Taffe.

We were extremely lucky to have Neil in our 2015 production of Philip Dawkin's FAILURE: A LOVE STORY.

The majority of the cast played multiple roles in this show, but Neil's performance as Moses the Snake was an audience favorite!

The script would say, "Moses the snake hisses" and never had you heard a hiss with such a strong point of view!

Neil, you be missed. We are so grateful to have known you and to have had you on our stage.

The cast of Coeurage Ensemble's 2022 production of RENT has be invited to sing a few songs from the show before the screening of the film at Third Street Promenade on Friday, June 14th at 7pm!

📣 Urge Your Representatives To Oppose The 58% Cut To CA Arts Spending‼

Joint Call to Action from and
Governor Newsom’s revision of the 24-25 California Budget includes a $10M cut to the California Arts Council and the elimination of the $12.5M to launch the Performing Arts Equitable Payroll Fund. These cuts represent an unacceptable 58% cut to funding for local arts programs.

Check out our link in bio to send a letter to the Governor and your State Assembly Member and State Senator, urging them to oppose these measures and restore the modest funding. You can customize your message to let them know how state arts funding impacts your practice, livelihood or community.
