Juliet and Anna are *back* to tell you more about the inspiration behind our new Montana Ave test kitchen menu. 🧑🍳
Our menu was created with a lot of intention, especially in regards to the ingredients. We take the same level of care in sourcing the ingredients for our food, as we do sourcing our single origin coffee.
Our culinary team spent many early mornings at the Santa Monica Farmer's Market to find great local produce, as they cooked up dishes that are both nourishing and delicious. 🥬🥑🥕
And we believe good food is more than just a tasty dish; it's about bringing people together.
So, we hope you stop by our Montana Ave shop - and bring a friend or family member - to give these new dishes a try.
Good things come in threes and our Matcha Honey Latte is no exception. 🍵
1 - It's made with what we believe is the best Matcha tea company in the US, , who source directly from farmers in Japan 🇯🇵

While you probably know to look for different tasting notes in wine, did you know coffees have complex flavor profiles with tasting notes too? Each single origin we offer has it's own unique flavor profile.
The Nano Challa, Ethiopia has a chorus of fruits in its flavor profile: ripe mango, prickly pear and blood orange. 🥭🍐🍊
In La Piramade, Columbia you'll find the jamminess of green grape mixed with the sweetness of apple pie. 🍏🥧
In our Pampa Mesapata, Peru you might taste a hint of sweet vanilla custard with mild floral notes. 🌼🍦
