Born to brew beer, Henry settled in Portland and began to mix his own recipes. Lore has it that he wanted to pump free beer through a local fountain to celebrate its unveiling. Well, that was shut down due to fear of rowdy horses! Henry eventually shifted to sodas during Prohibition, and that's how it all started!

The holidays are coming up and we want to share our most requested sodas for the season - Julmust Holiday Soda.

The taste of a julmust resembles a root beer or spiced malt drink.

Interesting fact: This Swedish soda was originally created by a father/son duo Robert and Harry Roberts in the early 1900s as an alcohol-free alternative Christmas beer for the Swedish market. To this day, any company who produces julmust in Sweden must procure the flavoring from the Roberts family.

After many years (seriously!) we finally have Guaraná Antarctica back in stock! It's been so long that it wasn't even on our website. It is now!

Made from Brazilian Guaraná grown in the Amazon - it's something to behold. A refreshing and light flavor, it's sweetened with pure cane sugar.

We know it's still October, but we wanted to let you in on this update. Galco's Soda Pop Stop is now the only supplier of the Peppermint Candy Cane Soda this holiday season. It's a very limited run, so these will be a very sought after soda. We currently have it in stock, but once it's gone - it's gone until next year.

We're excited to say that we just received our first shipment of Paulaner's Sunset! This wildly popular German soda is called "Paulaner Spezi" overseas and we're so happy to finally get some for ourselves. A unique orange flavored cola, it's definitely one to try out!

Mom & Pop Soda Pop Shop A store like no other, Galco’s Soda Pop Stop has been family-owned and operated for more than 100 years. California Live’s Paul Costabile visits 2nd generation owner John Nese to sample some of the store’s more than 800 flavors.

It's always exciting when we get some awesome products. It's crazy exciting when we get a whole pallet of them! These are Calbee potato chips (imported from Japan) in honey butter, seaweed & salt and hot & spicy. They're usually a hit, so they probably won't be in stock for very long.

Pair these with an original Blockbuster and a couple bottles of soda.
