An iconic Irish cocktail! Here's a little Irish coffee recipe to get you started (& awake) for St. Patty's.

- 1 cup of freshly brew hot coffee
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons of Irish whiskey
- Heavy cream, slightly whipped

Mix the hot coffee, brown sugar, & Irish whiskey together in a glass or mug fit for handling hot beverages. Then, preheat a spoon with hot water & slowly pour the heavy cream over the spoon into the cocktail. There you have it! The perfect, simple Irish coffee.

Today is National Mulled Wine Day! Here's a great recipe to get you started enjoying the holiday right.

- 1 bottle of red wine
- 1 orange, sliced & seeded
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp ground clove
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Handful of raisins (optional)

Combine the orange, sugar, water, spices, & raisins in a large stainless steel or enameled pot. Slowly bring to a boil, reduce the heat, & simmer for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat, add the wine, & slowly reheat but do not boil. Serve warm in mugs.
