Congratulations to for another successful launch! This mission is called Polaris Dawn. A few months ago we were able to do some work with them and they gave my team real astronaut mission patches. It’s nice to have been part of a piece of history.

Marinated heirloom tomatoes with summer radishes, herbs and red onion topped with maldon salt and a good olive oil.

The last of the season squashes for our last event before the holiday break. Roasted red kuri, carnival, honey nut, and delicata squash with dry fruit agrodolce, and fried sage ricotta.

This month event was hosted by Independent Studio Services which happens to be the largest prop house in the world. I could spend days geeking out at all of the props that they have made throughout the years.
