Here are just a few of the many benefits that exercise can have on our mental health. Movement can truly be medicine for us.
Of course with anything in life, exercise comes with moderation. It is absolutely possible to develop an unhealthy relationship with exercise.

But generally speaking, movement is extremely beneficial for our mental health and for us to function at our highest level!
