Albright, Yee & Schmit Founder Clifton W. Albright was quoted in the 4/5/23 Daily Journal article, 'Lawyers ponder lower award from 2nd Tesla worker race trial'. The article is a discussion of how the Plaintiff's attorneys believed after the verdict that one possibility for the lower award was that the first jury had an African American on it, who could share their perspectives and experiences with their fellow jurors, while the second jury, had no African American members.
