We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of renowned violist Donald McInnes. A long-time friend of our family and of Benning Violins, Donald's astonishing abilities as a player, and talent as a teacher, were surpassed only by his quality and kindness as a person, friend and colleague. He will be greatly missed.

I just finished my latest Stradivarius-model cello. A wonderful commission. I can’t wait till the cellist comes to meet her.

Really fun afternoon at the LA Opera presentation of Spanish Dracula. The United Theatre was a great venue. Paul Cartwright used our Strohviol! Fun to see it in use. Saw a lot of friends in the orchestra.

Levi over this past year. Always part of our cast-making process. He might be having a bit too much fun though.
