Hang time ⬆️

Jumping rope can be challenging for some folks. However, when you see someone do it well jumping rope can look like magic.

If you want to improve your jump rope skills, focus on technique. Elbows remain close to your body with small wrist circles that create the rope movement. Stay away from creating large circles with the arms.

Ask your coach to help you focus on good technique and keep working. Don’t shy away from jumping rope. You can’t improve if you don’t practice.
