Originally from Los Angeles, California, Sandoval earned her Communications degree with a minor in Marketing from California State University, Los Angeles. Sandoval oversees all SmartLaw's external and internal communications efforts, including marketing and membership. She also manages referrals for the Service's Dependency Court panel with the County of Los Angeles and the Cannabis panel with the City of Los Angeles Department of Cannabis Regulation.

Sandoval actively incorporates the spirit of pride into her daily life by working to foster inclusivity and diversity in her community and workplace.

Beyond her professional role, Sandoval is a skilled photographer who enjoys capturing creative photoshoots and special events in her spare time.
Her creativity, dedication, and enthusiasm make her a valuable addition to the SmartLaw team.

Mr. George Mark Santa-Anna is a Southern California native. He obtained his bachelor’s degree (International Relations & Spanish) from the University of Southern California (USC) and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in June 1992. His legal experience is complimented with an extensive insurance industry training and education as well as a diverse international entrepreneurial background. Santa Anna has devoted his law practice to estate planning and all areas of probate. He is bilingual [Spanish (spoken and written)] and volunteers his time and services at several pro bono venues and events as well as participates on a number of committees, organizations, and non-profit boards in the greater Los Angeles area.
