My cheat sheet for you to save & try. As a busy mom x4 and feeling better than I did in my 20s… Here are some of my non-negotiables…. Energy, mood, weight loss, & mental focus are all controlled by our hormones! Once I figured that out Ive never had to diet again!!! And my energy is amazing 🙌🏽

Snatched waistline.
