Recap on Dr. Kaipa's lecture weeks ago: People who are functionally smart go deep in their specialization, and they deliver, but they lose the big picture and generalization. People who are business smart have a general knowledge of how to create and what to create, but they can’t deliver. That’s why the two of them combined are destined to create something exceptional, and that’s why all successful businesses need those two working together 💪
Dr. Prasad Kaipa works with Fortune 500 companies such as Disney, Sun, Raytheon and also entrepreneurial companies including Aztec, Mastek, Olixir and RowentaUSA as a CEO advisor and coach for senior executives.
Conflict brings people discomfort, and that’s why we all intuitively want to avoid it. However, addressing the conflict always starts with recognizing it. In the upcoming lectures by Sam Ardery, he will walk you through all the steps to address conflict, bringing people together through conflict 🤝
Are you afraid of conflicts? 😮Most of us have a messy relationship with conflict. We run away from it because that makes us more comfortable. However, strategically confronting conflicts can bring people together. 🤝As one of our upcoming presenters, Sam Ardery’s lecture will focus on recognizing conflict and how to engage in conflict.
Sam is a national mediator, consultant, speaker, trainer, and author on conflict, negotiation, and mediation. He has mediated more than 4,000 cases and tried dozens of jury trials to verdict.
Congratulations to our graduates who are now influential leaders ready to transform industries and lives✌️. You will always be part of our proud EML family. Lead On❤️💛!

Dr. Laree Kiely, Founder and President of We Will, Inc. and faculty member of USC’s Marshall School of Business for over 15 years, gives us an inside look at the topics she will be discussing at tomorrow’s intensive!
Shifts in the post-COVID 21st century demand examining our basic beliefs and paradigms. The fundamental job of a leader is not about getting people to follow, it’s about getting things done—the right things in the right way. Leaders must understand that organizations are interdependent systems within systems and, consequently, must learn how to anticipate their own ripple effects and how to integrate themselves across the entire system.
We can’t wait to hear more from Dr. Kiely tomorrow!
