We are excited for this collaboration with Hauser & Wirth Gallery for this special event. Join us for a curated art and dining experience at the Hauser & Wirth, Downtown LA, followed by a four-course family-style dinner at Rossoblu. Seating is communal under our art mural in the dining room.

Pork Milanese - herb salt-crusted pork chop, buffalo mozzarella, baby heirloom tomato, fennel and arugula salad, lemon vinaigrette

Last year, I attended a "Colors of Lambrusco" workshop where I tasted so many different expressions of Lambrusco. I’ve been searching for the right wines so I could do a similar flight but I wanted to make sure I could include female winemakers. This search wasn’t as easy as I would have wished but I finally figured it out.

Sommelier Emma Arends and I will be pouring a flight of 4 lambruschi alongside the traditional pairing of crescentine and salumi. Two wines by women, 1 by a couple, and another by a family.
