Please take a Moment this Monday to remember those 34 Divers who lost their lives in the Fire aboard the Conception Dive Boat 5 years ago this day.

We’ve been having favorable Dive conditions all along the Coast over the past 2 weeks. We had 15-foot VIZ along the West side of PV last Sunday and Wednesday and 15-20 foot VIZ reported at Deadman’s Reef in Laguna last Sunday. Cabrillo had 5-10 foot VIZ over this week.
Overall, Redondo & PV have been “GOOD +”. We expect favorable conditions to continue over the next week with No big swells & Good Weather forecast
We are seeing 56-58⁰ water temperatures deeper, warming to 68⁰ to 70s temps in the shallows all along the coast. Typically, we are feeling that thermocline at around 40 to 50 feet in most local spots, relatively shallower at Laguna.
We are looking at Very Good conditions for this coming week!

Swell forecast currently shows Redondo at 0-1 foot Surf with 14 second intervals & 1.5-foot swells for Saturday (EXCELLENT), 1-2 foot Surf with 14 second intervals combined with 2 foot swells on Sunday (VERY GOOD) & 1-2 foot Surf with 6 second intervals combined with 2 foot swells on Monday (GOOD+). Night Dives for Tuesday OR Wednesday Evening Forecast 1-2 foot Surf with a 4 second interval combined with 2-foot swells (GOOD+).
PALOS VERDES:
West facing Palos Verdes Beaches & Coves (Malaga, Haggerties, Flat Rock) all show 0-1 foot Surf with 5 second intervals & 1.7-foot swells for Saturday (VERY GOOD) , 0-1 foot Surf with 6 second intervals & 2-foot swells for Sunday (VERY GOOD) & 0-1 foot Surf with 6 second intervals combined with 2 foot swells on Monday (VERY GOOD). High Tide is around 9:30 this weekend, so the best time to hit the beach for this Rocky Entry location would be around 9:00am.
South Facing Spots in Palos Verdes (Royal Palms, White Point, Point Fermin & Cabrillo) show 0-1-foot surf with 12 second intervals & 0.5-foot swells for Saturday (EXCELLENT), 0-1 foot Surf with 11 second intervals combined with 0.5 foot swells for Sunday (EXCELLENT), 0-1 foot Surf with 15 second intervals combined with 1 foot swells for Monday (EXCELLENT), likely OK Visibility at Cabrillo for a change.
LAGUNA:
Swell forecast shows Beaches in Laguna at 0-1-foot Surf with 11 second intervals and 1.5-foot swells for Saturday (EXCELLENT), 0-1 Foot Surf with 11 second intervals combined with 1-foot swells for Sunday (EXCELLENT) & 0-1 Foot Surf with 15 second intervals combined with 1-foot swells for Monday (EXCELLENT).
WATER TEMPS/ WEATHER:
We are seeing 64⁰ water temps deep, warming to 72⁰ temps in the shallows.
The weather forecast is calling for Sunny Skies & high 70s Air Temps throughout the week.

Conditions along the Coast have cleared nicely.
We’ve had favorable Dive reports all along the Coast this past week & Today. Palos Verdes area Including Terranea & White’s Point reported 15-20 ft plus VIZ consistently through the week. Redondo was around the same & Laguna reported 15-30 foot VIZ as well.
Overall, Redondo & PV have been “GOOD +” & Laguna the same. We expect that to continue over the next week with No big swells & Good Weather😊
We are seeing 56-58⁰ water temp. deeper, warming to 68⁰ temps in the shallows all along the coast. Can feel that thermocline predictably at around 40 to 50 feet in most local spots, relatively shallower at Laguna.
We are looking at Very Good conditions for this coming week!

Swell forecast currently shows Redondo at 1-2 foot Surf with 13 second intervals & 1-foot swells for Saturday (VERY GOOD) & 1-2 foot Surf with 6 second intervals combined with 2 foot swells on Sunday (GOOD+). Night Dives for Tuesday OR Wednesday Evening Forecast 1-2 foot Surf with a 6 second interval combined with 2-foot swells (GOOD).
PALOS VERDES:
West facing Palos Verdes Beaches & Coves (Malaga, Haggerties, Flat Rock) all show 0-1 foot Surf with 6 second intervals & 1.5-foot swells for Saturday (VERY GOOD) & 0-1 foot Surf with 6 second intervals & 2-foot swells for Sunday (VERY GOOD).
South Facing Spots in Palos Verdes (Royal Palms, White Point, Point Fermin & Cabrillo) show 0-1-foot surf with 8 second intervals & 0.5-foot swells for Saturday (EXCELLENT) & 1-2 foot Surf with 14 second intervals combined with 0.5 foot swells for Sunday (VERY GOOD), likely OK Visibility at Cabrillo for a change.
LAGUNA:
Swell forecast shows Beaches in Laguna at 0-1-foot Surf with 13 second intervals and 1.5-foot swells for Saturday (EXCELLENT) & 1-2 Foot Surf with 12 second intervals combined with 1.5-foot swells for Sunday (VERY GOOD).
WATER TEMPS/ WEATHER:
We are seeing 56-58⁰ water temps deep, warming to 68⁰ temps in the shallows.
The weather forecast is calling for Sunny Skies & high 70s Air Temps throughout the week.
