Dee Dee Jackson Foundation
The DDJF is a non-profit organization that provides music therapy to children. With DDJF, you are never alone on your journey of hope and healing.
Together we are navigating our way through loss, grief or trauma with The Power of Love. The Dee Dee Jackson Foundation was founded by Taj, Taryll, and TJ Jackson who were born into the famous, musical Jackson family. They inherited their talent from their father Tito, but it was their mother Dee Dee who instilled the discipline to hone their craft. She was their best friend and their hero, a role
Dear DDJF Community,
We want to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks for the incredible love and support you’ve shown to Taj, Taryll, TJ and their families as they mourn the loss of their beloved father, Tito. This has been a deeply challenging time, and your warmth and compassion have provided them with much-needed comfort.
Right now, they are focusing on being fully present with their families, walking through this journey of grief together. With that in mind, The Power of Love Show will be on hiatus until 2025 to allow Taj and TJ the space to heal in their own time.
Words cannot express how much they appreciate every prayer, message, shared memory and condolence sent their way. Your support has been a powerful reminder of the strength and unity within the DDJF community.
We look forward to reconnecting in the new year with renewed strength. Until then, please continue to hold them close in your hearts, as they will surely hold you in theirs.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Your friends at DDJF
Remembering the incredible Tito Jackson, a legend whose music and kindness touched the hearts of so many.

On this episode of The Power of Love Show we welcome special guest, Andrea Meyers.
Andrea is a stay-at-home mother to six children. In 2021, her fifth baby, daughter Terra, died shockingly and unexpectedly during labor at 38 weeks — which is considered a full term — and was delivered stillborn. Andrea struggled deeply with the death of her daughter and quickly realized how much grief and devastating loss impacted her life, particularly how society often minimizes baby loss. She found it hard to participate in her local community, and everyday tasks became challenging. She noticed how uncomfortable people became when she or her children mentioned Terra's death in conversation.
With a background as a preschool teacher and family advocate, Andrea knew that talking about grief was important for her and her living children, who were also grieving the loss of their sister. After a year of processing the grief and trauma of stillbirth, Andrea made connections through social media and began speaking with other mothers who had experienced similar losses, as well as with stillbirth prevention advocates. Through speaking out and writing online, she found a therapeutic outlet, which led to the idea of creating shirts and other items for the grieving, featuring popular phrases and sayings from the perspective of those experiencing grief.
The Grief Closet has served as a way to give back to the community and acknowledge others' grief, while also providing Andrea with an outlet for her own pain. It has been the one thing that has felt fulfilling since her daughter's death.
