Free Fare to the Fair’ is back for the 2024 Merced County Spring Fair in City of Los Banos! Park your car for free at either the Target or Food-4-Less parking lots in Los Banos and ride The Bus’ free shuttle right to the front gate of the fairgrounds. Shuttles will run every 30 minutes from the parking lots starting at 5:00pm every day of the Fair, May 1st- 5th. Last shuttle from the fairgrounds will depart at 11:30pm each evening.

You can also stop by The Bus’ table in the commercial building each day of the fair for your chance to win a prize!

Come on out to this event tomorrow and talk to City staff about what it's like working for the City and what jobs are currently available!

We are hosting a hiring & resource event at the Los Banos Fairgrounds on April 11th from 9am-1pm. We invite all of the westside communities to join us. Bring your resume and come dressed to interview.

🐾 Exciting News for Pet Owners in Los Banos! 🐾

We are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting a FREE microchip clinic on April 6th from 9am to 12pm at the Los Banos Community Center. The best part? It will be drive-through style, so you can get your furry friends microchipped without even leaving your car!

A big thank you to Feral Freedom and UC Davis for their help in making this event possible and helping us keep our pets safe and secure. Microchipping is a vital part of pet ownership and can greatly increase the chances of reuniting with a lost pet.
